Horseback Riding

When you visit Park City it's time to leave your cares, and your car, behind. Experience the scenic surroundings on horseback with a ride up the mountains and down into the valleys, through the aspen tress and lush underbrush. Rocky Mountain Outfitters offer two breathtaking horseback riding experiences, one through Soldier Hollow in the Heber Valley and one near Sundance Resort at the base of Mount Timpanogos.

Fly Fishing

Enjoy world-class fly fishing on the Provo River and other remote waters all within a stone's throw of Park City. With professional guides, your Utah fly fishing experience will be unforgettable. Orvis endorsement, a blue ribbon river and unbeatable scenery combine to create a one-of-a-kind experience. Rocky Mountain Outfitters offers several fly fishing trips to meet your group's needs, including half-day, full-day and float trips.

Rafting

A Park City rafting trip is a great way to beat the Utah heat and relax with your friends and family. All Seasons Adventures specialize in whitewater rafting on the class II rapids of the Weber River and the class I rapids of the Provo River. Park City's rafting gives you the opportunity to bask in the sun, take in breathtaking scenery, search for wildlife and get some exercise as you help your guide paddle through the more technical sections of the river. All Seasons Adventures offer half day tours with or without lunch.

Paddle Boarding

Located less than 20 minutes from Park City, the Jordanelle Reservoir is a summer playground for water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming, and -- increasingly -- stand-up paddleboarding. Our partner at Silver Star Ski & Sport will begin offering paddleboard rentals for every ability and experience level starting in the 2012 season.
